1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Vibe and Go and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service description
Vibe and Go is an automated QA platform that enables no-code creators to test their web applications on different devices and browsers. We generate reports detailing the bugs and anomalies detected.
3. User account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Vibe and Go only to test applications you own or for which you have obtained explicit authorization. Any use for malicious or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
The service, including its code, interfaces and generated reports, belongs to Vibe and Go. You retain ownership of your data and the URLs you submit for analysis.
6. Limitation of liability
Vibe and Go is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our platform currently checks for 64 predefined issue types (UI, security, performance, SEO, accessibility): this is not an exhaustive audit, and bugs or vulnerabilities outside this scope may exist without being flagged by the scan. We cannot be held liable for issues our checks do not cover, including ones discovered later by you or a third party. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 3 months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from settings.
